In Chapter 1, page 14 of the book: Build Your Own Websites The Right Way Using HTML & CSS The author talks about setting up a folder within C:\Users using Windows XP or vista but how do I get to this users folder using
Windows 7.

Can someone please explain?

Open explorer.exe and type in c:/Users/
