I have one website with blog. I have published a blog on that. Could I use the same blog as a article for article submission. Will this cause any duplicate content problem?

There’s a deeper issue here. Please accept this gentle, sincere suggestion:
Get a copy of E.B. White’s “The Elements of Style.” It remains the quintessential guide for writing well in English. Should be available online or at any library, for free. Ask the librarian.
What I do is publish article on article directories first and then about a week or so later I will rephrase the article and add some more content that way it doesn’t look like a copy. Also it is a good idea to submit to multiple directories.
You should not republish the article in full, but you can link to it or bookmark it.
Ideally any additional instances of the article should link back to the original and use the rel=“canonical” tag.
Good article directories with high PR will not allow you to post an article that was already published somewhere. They strive for unique content on their sites. For your blog it is also not good if you will post content that was already published somewhere. Your blog can be punished for dublicate content.
Why would you want to take all of that time, effort and energy into writing high quality (assumption here) blog posts and articles which will enrich your site and give your users a reason to keep visiting your blog (and site). Only to then freely give it away to article directories who will get your potential position in search rankings (with that content) and then get your visitors who were looking for that material (who could be on your site reading the content) only to get a crappy link back in return (which their unlikely to click once they’ve read what they wanted too). I think people who submit their materials freely to article sites are insane, their literally giving away their blogs only viable asset in a futile attempt to grab a few page views (which won’t convert due to there being nothing unique on there anymore). 
I don’t personally recommend taking a blog post and submitting it as-is to article directories. While they are a good method of obtaining backlinks, many site users and customers have found our site and programs via article directories.
As a reader who maybe clicked your resource link on ezinearticles.com, I would be turned off and likely not return to your blog if it did not have new content. Basically I don’t want to click a link in an article and then go to your blog and see that exact same article posted.
What you can do though is slightly rewrite the articles so they are different. I also recommend trying to add in a new paragraph or two to add in new and useful information.
So say that you have a blog post titled “5 Tips for …” You can submit a shorted version of that to article directories. Make it “3 Tips for…” This way readers get extra tips, more help, and fresh content when they visit your blog from an article directory.
You can rewrite the article so that it will be applicable for article submission. You can then use the original blog as a resource and link back to it from the article that you will submit.
According to me that if you are submitting the article by using the blog content that will definitely be duplicate or called spamming and if you will change or re write some content from that content then you also get good kind of content in that condition that is not called duplicate. If your blog articles have a high quality, the article sites are not worth it to get your high quality blog articles.

Duplicates are not really allowed. You can bookmark or put a link on it but not to republish. Spinning is one way but best to make another article to publish to make things easier.
