hello friend, I have a blog and I have been running this blog for almost 3 weeks. Initially the articles were being indexed by Google but now whenever I make a post in my blog and I fetch it in Google webmaster and update the sitemap afterwards. It does not indexed by Google. Please let me know the problem and issue behind it.
Make sure that your “let search engine find your blog” is done with the correct option and had not been disabled by mistake. Also make sure that your sitemap is updated and is working fine with your blog posts. If you find issues with proper indexing then try promoting your newest blog posts in social media to get more popularity and quick cache of your blog posts.

This can be due to long time posting of articles. i have faced the same problems in my blogs but then i started updating my website daily then Google just fetched all my pages without even webmaster tool 
The thing happened to me few times. The only thing you can do is to wait until those pages/articles gets indexed. You don’t have to worry about that thing since Google is indexing your articles before.
If your blog posts not indexing in google so You can go to Settings -> Reading Settings and check Discourage search engines from indexing this site.
I think you mean uncheck Discourage search engines from indexing this site.

It is important that you let aware of the search engine on your update in blog post through different platforms like social bookmarking submission, ping tools, article submission, social media etc.
You bought this domain through auction or this is a fresh domain.
In many cases google impose penalty on auctioned domain names
Have you tried searching for the actual url of your blog? This happened to me before…
I think articles are indexed by Google very fast. if you submit in the articles to the articles site and same title search in google than result is shows to your title index or not.
Try this:
