Amazon affiliates stuck in CA, NC, etc

Hi there - a group of us started a Nevada effort last month to allow affiliates / associates in California (or NC, RI, etc) to remain in their states, run their sites, and be reinstated into the affiliate programs (and, obviously, earn money).

Feel free to ask questions here or there.
