Three benefits to sit on Internet according to me are
1.Large Social connectivity with friends and other people,
2.Vast Learning Space online,
3.Earn Money using internet services.
I guess its very beneficial to sit on internet as it fulfils quite a lot of requirements of people(to Live,Learn and Earn)

I find it difficult to sit on the Internet for long periods of time, it’s just not very comfortable and my bum gets really hot.
