Only 9 because they have been down a few times in the 5 years I have used them, but they always send out a notice and are still open to communicate.

I can speak without dumbing down my questions and they always give creative solutions.

I almost don’t want anyone to know about my super cheap host. You can’t beat the price.
Space [10/10]
Always expandable space tiers. The pricing difference is minuscule as well.

I don’t host bandwidth intense sites, but load times are always fast.

The Good
A great combo for hosting and domain registration, 1WebSitesHostingPromotions-Com and DAMnX-us have it all.
A tech saavy web developer’s dream host. All the goodies you could ever want without all the fluffy commercial crap. Super cheap and super scalable. You won’t find this host in an Internet for Dummies book, though.
They always give me 2 months heads up for payment and follow up a couple times after the first notice. What? You pay monthly? 
The Bad
Other than the few and far between 1 day outages, you couldn’t ask for more.
