Prett nice logo, but you should get some typography in there. Text would give it a more completed feeling.

It is nice and crisp and clean but lacking in color. I'm guessing you were getting the graphic right and then adding color?

The blend / concept is nice but i feel is not really coming through because th eye is probably a bit too large that you see just the eye and not get the whole effect of the atom. If you made the eye smaller and maybe add some color to the swirly lines you would get the effect as a "whole" rather than one object overpowering the other. Right now the eye is slightly overpowering.

Very clean though!

balkanboy... i'm sory to be a pain..i'm laughing at myself. I think the eye is a bit too small now. I guess the idea is to have both the elements equally strong. If the eye is that small, then the lines should be thinner...

You could find a balance in the size of the eye by making it inbetween both, the original and version two.

As long as you look at the logo and grab it as a whole and not "TWO" components, it should be alright. I hope i was able to communicate that clearly!

If you are planning on using it with the blue background currently on the web page you have a link to at the bottom of your post, my choice is #3.

Balkanboy, I wouldnt post those without a watermark if I were you (atleast not if I planned to sell it).

On the actual design, I personally like number 4 alot. The orange and black just seem to mix very well.

Thats my 2 cents.

I like number 4 in this post. I like the color sheme in this one better then the other three. Seems to me like there is to much going on in the other three (color wise). Nice logo work too!

I think you have 4 really good logos there.

If I get a vote, it would be 3.

As a side point, you might want to set up a poll on this thread, to help you gauge people's reactions.

Balkan boy. Logo number 3 has wider loops which is the best, proportionately. It is a bit thinner, make it a bit thicker and then it does feel like you grasp the logo as a whole.

I'm not too sure about the various colors though. But the logo is more in proportion now.

Try to keep it as simple as possible and not to add more stuff. Logos 1 and 2 are just way too busy. Try to have a maximum of three colors in the entire logo. Lesser is fine, but your logo seems to demand that color.

Definitely a combination of logo 3 and 4!

I find that wide-eyes like that are a turn-off ... they kind of gross me out. Others might get the same impression and that will rub off on the site. Have you considered using a slimer, partially open eye?

To be honest, I like the original the best. It is very simplistic and has just the right touch of color.

Well that eye seems to give me an "uneasy" feeling. You cold try to work it more, it's a bit frightening, perhaps because I'm a girl
The idea is not bad anyway

Number 4 for sure.
Too many colours going on in the other 3 and the curves arent as nice.
You can also brand the site really well using the orange and black.

I would go with number 4, I think the limited color is a great choice for a logo. Too many colors and effect will only make it look busy. Also the size of the orbits and eye ball balanced really well there. The other version's orbits are too thin.

Its great and crisp! good job!

4 the glow effect seems to encrouch upon the actual eye.

I think though that you should have the green eye with the original bands black and red. I think theres too much colour now.

Its a good logo but I would also consider adding a electron or something orbiting the eye.

Maybe I am viewing it too literally, but

1) I don't like eyeball images either, or think every visitor will like it either.

2) The outer image looks like electron paths, so I thought visual physics not visual chemistry.

3) I don't have a more constructive comment to add.
