About the course

If you’ve followed our Node.js path this far, you’ve built a restaurant and food truck REST API, and you’re ready to put it to good use.

In this course you’ll get to grips with Android development basics. We’ll design our application, and make adjustments to the API to accommodate. We’ll look at the data models we’ll be working with, and build views to provide our app with a user interface.

We’ll also build an authentication service to handle user registrations and logins, an essential skill for just about any web-connected application.

Then we’ll build out the logic for viewing and manipulating data from the API - retrieving records for display, adding new food trucks or reviews, and so on.
