Contract Role: Salesforce Field Service Architect Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35) Location: Preston, UK 1 day a week office requirement A prominent player in the energy and utilities sector is seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and optimisation of their Salesforce Field Service platform to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on-site presence in the North East of England. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. System Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Field Service with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational coherence. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions. Qualifications: Experience: Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service solutions, preferably within the energy and utilities sector. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
