The Role - Lead Backend Engineer They are now looking for a highly skilled Lead Backend Engineer to join their growing team. This is a crucial role as they embark on their next phase of expansion. You'll be 100% hands-on, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the team scales. Tech Stack - Python, FastAPI, AWS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, NumPy, Pandas What You’ll Be Doing - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems for AI-driven healthcare solutions. Working closely with the ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production. Ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Driving best practices in backend engineering and mentoring junior developers as the team grows. Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
