Who is a Senior Full Stack Developer?

Hi,

I know that a Junior Full Stack Developer has knowledges about: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySql, PHP, and frameworks like Laravel and many other.

My question is: who is a Senior Full Stack Developer? What are his knowledge? To became a Senior, is it obligatory to have a degree?

The difference between Junior, Senior etc. is normally decided out of the experience the person has.

Someone with a year experience, might be a Junior developer, while someone with 10 years experience a Senior developer.

Though keep in mind this only account for the field they have experience in. So a senior C# developer can also be a junior rails developer etc.
