My site is 7 months old and I want a content writer to write an article about freelance jobs, or any possible ways to help people how to earn money online using their own computer…I use other site but I don’t know how to choose the right candidate…I’m in tight budget so I am planning to hire from: A. pay per post? B. per hour? C. per hundreds words, or D. fixed salary per month??? What do you think?? Anyway here please help!!

Just like any business, most professional content writers have their own processes and rates. If you are hiring a good writer, they should be able to quote your project and tell you how they prefer to work, regardless if you are hiring them vs. personal inquiry or from some freelance site.
Take a look at Constant Content. As a buyer, you can search through the content for sale and look for something that hits your subject matter and is at or around your price point.
you can invite guest bloggers for free!
Just google it up how other bloggers do. They say, if you have a decent number of readers, there are many bloggers who would love to so to say advertise themselves at your blogs by supplying posts.
Give it a go.
There are also entire agencies that do nothing but write blog posts, articles, and white papers for clients. As Techfeet mentioned, guest bloggers are also great. Take note, however, that getting a good writer to write insightful content daily will probably cost you. I would consider lowering the post cost, that would allow you to hire a better writer, and get better content.
The best way is to go for freelancer.com odesk.com. You can hire many content writer there.
You can also use an online tool to create content. Several people are using this trend to create effective and attractive content.
No … people are using this trend to create awful and unreadable content. No computer-generated text that’s out there and readily available will give you ‘effective’ or ‘attractive’ content, and no-one who is serious about making a quality website would even contemplate using autogenerated text like that.
It really is poor quality. I have not seen a good result from any recommended tool or software currently available.
In addition to this, you need to add personality to your content. Sites come and go, but you need interesting and engaging content with style and personality for a site to last (depending on the field of course).
you have one good option.
just go threw any freelancing site and hire any freelance content writer.
Just see his/her work than you can offer for permanent writer for your organization.
You can post your requirements on sites like this FreelanceSwitch Job Board: All Jobs
They have a good database of quality writers located around the globe.
Remember, you generally get what you pay for. So, if you’re looking for quality writing you might have to pay a bit more. If you’re lucky enough to find someone both affordable, proficient and reliable…congratulations. Hold on to them and give them lots of good work.
If you are saying you are in a tight budget then outsourcing from cheaper countries (you know what countries they are) might be a good option for you. Paying $2 - $3 per article have worked for me. Of course hiring native speakers is another thing. The only problem with this kind of service is that you tend to get a lot of rewritten almost junk articles so you have to be a little cautious about hiring the writers that won’t screw you up.
On the other hand, hiring someone to work for you full time can be an advantage too as you can pretty much delegate tedious tasks to him or her other than writing.
I have always used oDesk. You can find many good writers there. The trick is to know which oDesk tests give a good indication of the writers’ writing skills and command of the English language
There are a lot of university students who are looking for part-jobs. I think they would be interested with writing topics. In fact, if I only knew about these things when I was in college I might have had an early start with these stuffs.
Haha, yeah… part-job, part-slavery, also known as an internship!
One of my clients has e a couple interns doing content writing for a $500/mo stipend. They’re pretty awesome writers, too!
A FIXED salary is always a best option when you a consistency in the requirements…so better go for it…
I am probably barging in very late, but thought would give a shout here.
Hiring someone full time would be a good way to go about. But it will cost more for sure.
Looking at freelancing job sites is a good resource, but you have to be careful and have to demand samples and put them through the internet to see if its been picked up from somewhere.
Last option and the most expensive, but the most definitely successful - HIRE or pay per article to professional content writers.
My two cents
you can select them on the basis of there skills
just tell them to write a sample and convince them with your skills within budget
There is no writer worth his (or her) salt that does spec work. The way to see the skills of a writer is to look at their portfolio of sold work.l
