What to do after completing engineering in cse and pursuing mtech in cse branch

hello
i completed my engineering in 2012 from cs branch and presently pursuing mtech in cse stream only.
my mtech wil be completed in mid august 2015.
i dont have knowledge of programming and facing difficulties in the IT world.
what career option should i opt after mtech.
presently i am also learning an off page optimization techinque (seo).
help me in my career

I wouldn’t post in a German language forum asking for career advice for the US. It’s a very different schooling structure, economy, and job landscape.
