Are you asking which features a site ought to have, as your post says or which features the WP theme ought to have, as your title says?

In either case, you already seem to have answered them yourself in your previous topic, which @Mittineague linked to, so it would be helpful if you could clarify the question further.

You can’t lump all charities together and say these are the features every charity website should have. Admittedly probably every charity website will want a donate system but that’s probably as far as it goes. An “adopt a cat” button isn’t going to work for a charity that works with the elderly…

The appearance is mainly up to the designer, but yes you would have different features depending on the requirements of the charity.

Again, you’re really not being clear here. Are you asking whether I think a charity WP theme is the same thing as a charity web site? In that case, no, I don’t. Of course they’re not the same. There are very many sites built which do not use WP, so creating a WP theme for others to use/adapt is not the same thing as building a site from scratch.

I think you should use Alone themes for your charity website. The first thing I tell you that I do not try this, but I read many charity WordPress theme and after that I like Alone theme, because it’s relevant, powerful, elegant, and also very well structured responsive WordPress charity multipurpose nonprofit website theme. It is very well designed to fit for any charity website. It is respectable platforms for any charity event, projects, no event, etc…
