Webgility eCC for Quickbooks and shipping integration

For a long time, I had been searching for a way to save time by adding some automation to the order processing routine. I looked at programs such as Atandra T-HUB, as well as one called Shopping Cart Assistant and several others. I finally decided that I’m going to purchase eCommerceConnector by Webgility as I’ve spoken via email and on the phone with some of their users and they have nothing but good things to say about the company and their product. Not to mention that it’s priced a lot less than other competitors that offer less features.

Would not recommend Webgility eCC for QuickBooks. Have had it since October 2009 and have experienced one problem after another trying to sync Magento with QuickBooks. Support is slow to respond, even though we purchased the support package. Maybe in a year or so when they work out the bugs–until then, beware.
