Years ago I mapped out a site using index cards, now I have no affiliation with this site but its been a revelation when you need to map out a sites page structure:
Can anyone top this little beauty?

Not sure if I can top it, but another tool I’ve used for site mapping is Whimsical (also no affiliation). I like how easy it is to add lines connecting child, parent, and sibling elements. Great for quickly sharing, but not very flexible in it’s capabilities yet.
