Hi,
we have an online store up and running, focusing on a special area and we do B2B and wholesales directly from China.
Our prices are the cheapest and the quality is the same like in other countries. It’s just a longer waiting time and maybe a bit of a hassle with the customs - not sure.
Anyway: When we send out a marketing mailing about a discount, we receive several order.
But if we send out a marketing mailing about the news only, we receive way fewer orders.
Despite the fact that our prices are the cheapest - why do people first start buying when they get some more discount?
Shall we simply increase our prices and give a discount all the time? Is it psychologically better?
Thank you in advance
Bye, Chris
