No offense sir!! (I was just more cautious about something being written in 2004…)
I use it as a dumping ground to drop CSS demos of interest that other might find usable. I did start to tidy up the demos a few years ago but there’s just not enough hours in the day.
Some of the techniques that I used in the demos go back to 2003 and have been widely used for years and have stood up well.
Well, they look really useful.
Indeed some things like my sticky footer are still the only fully working ones around.
I never really understood that one from your demos…
If you don’t mind, I started a new thread here asking for some help and clarification on all of your examples. They are too much for my brain to handle!!
I would say that if you see something you want to use then check with me or in the forums to make sure it’s been updated for IE8.
Some of the demos are advanced and some are experimental but most are interesting.
Sure thing. Maybe you can jump in on my new thread?
I will get around to updating it some time and give it a facelift
You can’t really criticize someone who is a volunteer!!
That’s my site and to say it’s unfinished is an understatement. It never really got started and was originally just a long list of demos that I have set up over the years mainly in response to questions in the forums.

It’s one of the best, if not THE best website to learn CSS. Paul is as knowledgeable as Eric Meyer regarding CSS. He might be even more knowledgeable than Eric Meyer. And that means there isn’t anyone who knows more. Yes, I’m being redundant in my sentences, but suffice to say, you cannot go wrong in using his site. The only thing I’d do is always see if there isn’t a more up-to-date version of a given technique. Searching those can be quite a pain, so I’d suggest using Google for that and typing “something” site: pmob.co.uk instead to get better results.
You can’t go wrong with either of those three. And then there’s the CSS articles on ALA, another source that has superb content: http://www.alistapart.com/
