I am still trying to install pear. I now have php5.3.3 running properly and have worked my way through the bug fix with the go-pear.bat file. Now when I run it it opens the command prompt and offers a file layout. But ‘Path to cli php.exe’ remains empty and when I try to insert the path I get this error
not a folder or no php.exe found in this folder
C:\PHP is in my system path, and I am installing on windows xp.
Seems to be a problem that many people have had but have been unable to find the answer.
Can somebody help please. Just about had enough of it now!!! And better things to do with my time!!!
