Showing 1 post randomly could messed with using cache plugins?

Hi there.
I’ve just started working on a custom theme that needs to show 1 post randomly in part of the theme, and one image (from CPT) in another part.
I want to know using cache plugins disrupt this ability to query one post randomly ?
If so, how can I get away from it ?
