As I say, I know nothing about these things, but my first thought is - “and who takes the blame if things go wrong?” If you’re passing the services off as your own, that would be you - certainly in your client’s eyes.
I have seen too many topics here where people have trusted an “SEO provider”, only to find their site penalised by Google because of the provider’s unethical tactics. I would be very, very cautious about getting into anything like that. If you’re offering a service to your clients in your name, I’d think you would want to have full control of that service. At the very least, if you’re going to entrust a company to work on your behalf, I’d choose a company that has already done work for you, so that you have first-hand knowledge of the quality of their work.
Just my tuppence-worth.
