150K page views could make it worth it.
But I can’t tell you how poor the success rate is for selling ads privately for a decent rate. You usually end up underselling to get buys from low-budget advertisers/buyers.

But let me stop you real quick. Is your site massive? Like, doing more than 100K page impressions per day (as reported by Google Analytics and not awstats)?
Because making a script like that might be a big waste of time for your site unless you have a real large demand for ad buys.
Most big ad buyers (99%) prefer buying through ad groups.
