We’ve been using Net Billing for yrs now and I highly recommend Mitch and his team … but just for wot it’s worth, don’t discount 3rd party billing options like Epoch, merchant accounts can be a false economy because they come with more hassle and end to end costs that then appear in the discounted transaction rate
Sorry to say it, but I have doubts such a company meeting all your requirements exists. You were good up until point 9 and 10, once you add the international support and high risk / adult sites into the mix, you lose the ability to ask for those other things.
The way people deal with porn (high CB/fraud rates), and the way Visa/MasterCard deal with risk, just makes it impossible for any processor to cater to those merchants while offering good rates, support and maintaining a good reputation.
Netbilling only offers merchant supports if you use their gateway. Just so you know for next time, as I didn’t realize that & wasted about 3 days trying to find info from there.
Dan, I actually disagree, but you have the right to your opinion Had this last company I dealt with actually been professional, they said they charge high risk the same rates as any other company.
