I have used Sedo for over a year and have to say it doesnt really work for me. I have sold a few domains there (biggest one $300) but most of my domains just sit and gather dust.
Anybody out there having better luck?
No, not all all. Not even $1 with parked domains 
i have a domain www.webfren.com its not devloped yet , i was thinking of making a social network platfrom in it but i am not intrested anymore but the name is quite good how much do you think i can sell this domain for and do you think if i devlop the site using some free scripts and sell it it can make more money i am just begineer in this feild
i am using sedo, the $ per click on parked domains depend on the the type of domain name and the geographic location of the traffic. once i got few clicks which is worth nearly $1 each for a good keyword specific domain
but i havent made much as my domain portfolio is not big at all 
Currently I am making $1/day with sedo. Overall I think SEDO is wastage of time specially their customer service sucks

I can tell you that in 2007 I made more than what I had spent on domains and websites for the past 5 years, plus I managed to pay off all my debts including my mortgage.
I now make more a month than I was making in a year from my last employer, and bear in mind that I was a senior IT Manager.
I know people who make $100,000+ a month in domain parking.
Does it work? Yes… Does it work for everyone. No.
Stay away from the likes of SEDO as you will never earn what your supposed to; a lesson I learned very quickly.

I am new at this and do not know what “domain parking” exactly means.
Is it just leaving the domain on your server with only an index.html page and adsense (or equivalent) on it. Or does it imply more than this.
Hope ou can give some hints. For instance maybe an idea of how many domains you need for living off this domain parking business.

No its not. you need atleast 10 to 15 domain names to start making some good money. I mean domains that receive traffic. I earned $23 with a single domain this month.
sedo is the one making all the money with your domains, you see about 1/16 of what they’re making

It all depends on the names, good generic domains names will make money, bad domains won’t.
If you own a domain name you can park it on some of the free web space sites. Then put up a page or two of content and google ads, and just wait to see what happens. At least that way you get all the money google pays, not the small fraction that parking sites will give you. If you get little traffic, you stay within the free hosting restraints. If you get a lot of traffic and exceed their limits, well it is then worth moving the site to paid hosting and adding some real content, isn’t it.

I’ve been a bit intrigued by the parked domain thing myself.
Obviously, you don’t need Sedo to do this, but what can they offer that you can’t do yourself?
To get the feeds from Yahoo or Google you have to have a huge amount of traffic. That’s not something the average domainer has on his own. At DDC (whom I work for) we offer a min. of 75% of the revenue earned. For the 25% we monitor and tweak the feeds to make sure that you’re always getting the best results and the highest return possible. There are many ways to tweak a page with keywords and other issues. It’s not as simple as it looks. If it were people like the ones who own Cheapcars.com and Free.com would do it themselves, but they don’t, they have us handle it for them.
It’s just like the stock market really - you can handle your own portfolio, or pay a commission to get advice from someone who really knows what they’re doing.
I was using sedo for more than 1year and parking more than 300 domain with them but i haven’t received single payment yet from them(their minium pay amount is $20.00)
In my overall domain experience, i learned that use ANY paking service not sedo.
currently i’m using parked.com, it looking better.
But still how i can improve the traffic and CPC, there is any suggestions are welcome?
