I’ve been approached by a colleague to use SecurePay for our new ecommerce shop. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations/stories/reviews/etc about SecurePay. My personal opinion was to use Authorize.net, but my colleague seems pretty set on using SecurePay.
So, does anyone have any reviews or any use-cases on SecurePay? Are their APIs easy to use and well-documented? Support?
I tried searching, but found little.

The technical service provided by securepay was reasonable most of the time but we had an account issue with them and found them to be extremely difficult, arrogant and completely uncompromising to deal with. They used a big corporate approach to bully us into paying for something we never even used and wouldnt have a bar of trying to sort it out.
The whole experience left a very unpleasant taste in our mouth.
I recommend to use others due to how difficult they are when something goes wrong.
Be warned.
Wouldn’t mind the same feedback myself. We’re considering using SecurePay as an alternative from Camtech.

Thanks for that. I should have qualified my question by saying that we’re evaluating payment gateways that specialise in the Australian market.
