Scroll to exact section in wordpress

Hi, I am using sydney theme and I am using elementor page builder.
This is the url of my website:

http://techsohaib.com/word_press/servaces/

I want one page scrolling. I am using menu anchor option of elementor page builder. All I need is when I click on the menu item then it should redirect me to the top of exact clicked section.

In my given url when I clicked the menu item it is redirecting to the section that’s fine but the problem is it is not redirecting to the exact point where I want. It is redirecting somewhere in the middle of that section and I want it to scroll to the top of that section.

For example:

When you will click “TEST” from menu it should redirect to
the top of the TEST section. But it doesn’t happen in my
case. It is redirecting somewhere in the middle or little above
from that. You can check in the url http://techsohaib.com/word_press/servaces/ as well. But I want it should move at the top of that section not anywhere else.
I attached the images as well. You can check them as well if you are not getting my point.

Thanks!

I think it’s to do with the fixed header you have in place. When you click on test, the page is exhibiting normal browser behaviour, and trying to scroll where you have the internal link to the top of the viewport - as the page isn’t long enough to allow that, it just goes as far as it can.

I’m guessing you’re going to need to resort to using some JavaScript to get the page to stop where you need it to.
