Scroll to a specific section (ID)

I’m trying to achieve this effect:
http://www.rogon.tv/

where as I scroll, it automatically jumps between the sections.

All I was able to find is how to do this after a link click…
I need this after a mouse scroll

Would this be possible inside of wordpress ? Is there a specific name for this ‘effect’ ?

Hi,

The effect is called smooth scrolling. The plugin that site is using is iScroll. I’m not aware of a WP plugin for that specific library, but it should be fairly easy to add manually by following the instructions on that page.
