I apologise if this question is daft so bear with me as I am very new.
What are the requirements for submitting a site review request?
When I attempt to open a thread it states that I do not meet the requirements whatever they are.

I will need a while to get familiar with the forum. It’s huge with a lot of great information. Don’t even know where to begin.
I’d suggest reading the FAQs/rules, to keep yourself right, and then just wander about and explore a bit.
We’re actually moving the forums very shortly to a completely different system (Discourse), so everything will be different. I expect there’ll be a lot more folk besides yourself feeling a bit bewildered for a while, so you won’t be alone.
I have just joined ,I will need sometime to familiarize myself with this great community,however ,I think I will adapt myself to any changes in the future.
