Does anyone know of a solution to the problem where Chrome doesn’t update Wordpress changes on the front end?
With every minor code change, I have to empty browser cache to reflect the change on the front end.
This reduces workflow productivity to around zero because emptying cache means having to log in again.
Any help appreciated.
What is not getting refreshed, html, css, js or all?

Do you have any caching plugins enabled?

CSS and HTML, but I think gandalf458 may have answered this - Re: caching plugin.
I do indeed! WP Super Cache.
I just turned off caching within the plugin and made a couple of CSS changes which worked after refreshing.
