Question to website slider

Hello, i want to use a slider on my site and i want to have one which only show the navigation arrows when you hover the slider content and this slider also should be responsive that it become smaller or bigger toghter with the browser size. Can somebody recommend me a good one?

for example this slider: http://www.tangentmedia.com
how can such think be created, is that a gif picture or a movie that makes the pictures move?

I donā€™t see anything on that page that Iā€™d describe as a ā€œsliderā€ - could you clarify what youā€™re referring to?

As for the ā€˜moving pictureā€™, thatā€™s a video - http://www.tangentmedia.com/www2017/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/TangentHomePage_HB.mp4 - right click on it and select inspect to see the HTML markup.

Dudley storey has a good article on how to create a full page background video.

There are hundreds of sliders around and this one is commonly recommended although I haven;t used it myself.

Thank you guys, i am currently trying to find out how to make the picture fit to the browser size. when the browser size is big then the picture is showing in his complete width and height and when the browser size become smaller i think i wil try to use css media querys to make the picture size looking to somethink, but i bet the professional sliders use javascript and simular technics, i must start there with somethink and try it out, not a easy part but i think it will be needed very often later because this is the startpage of the website and it must look perfect.
