I m posting my article or text and share some blog in reddit. Its show in my profile but when searching my topic its not availble. How can i do?

I am also facing the same problem many times, But when I was checking in my profile it shows my topic.
Please refresh your browser or check in the another browser for your topic, may be it show the right results.
