Place to search for CSS team mate

I’m looking for the proper place to search for web designer that could collaborate with me to design a site I’ve developed. Well… collaboration means “free at this time” but if the site succeed, a very well placed “designed by” and who knows… maybe more later.

Does someone knows other forums or places where I can search for a team mate ?

PS: if someone is interested, I can present him the site.
PS2: on my side, I’ve PHP/mySQL skill and even CSS/HTML but not too much confident in my artistic talent. I really want something smooth.
