At first, I cannot use paypal because it doesnt support my country.
Secondly I need paypal alternative that accepts paypal payments, cause everyone uses paypal.

Well, I’m not quite sure: as far as I know, such gateways allow to accept PayPal from customers at any countries allowing to make such payments. But, of course, a vendor can not be paid via PayPal and has to choose some other method for receiving commissions (e. g. bank transfer)./
May I ask which country you are from?
Have you tried worldpay or moneybookers?
I think your basically screwed in this case. While there are service providers that do accept PayPal payments, their only limited to countries which accept PayPal transfers (Which eliminates your nation). My best guess is you may well end up having to accept credit / debit cards without PayPal (in such cases).
