Parent and child navigation/content on same page

I have a web page which contains a manual but this manual is very dynamic. It allows selection of articles individually and the user can also print all of those articles currently in plain HTML. The articles have their own submenu, breadcrumbs, and table of contents. I have been looking around for other articles on the better method to handle. Currently, these pages do not fit into the parent website very gracefully as the the solution was to put that dynamic content within the wrapper of the website. I want to see the best way to handle these pages which have their own navigation. And possibly looking at the print function into a cleaner PDF document instead. Any insights?
