Page doesn't seem to load CSS on first attempt

Hey!

I am having a problem with my website

Whenever I load the page for the first time on my laptop/phone it doesn’t load the CSS. Now I don’t know if this has something to do with caching of the page. I am using W3 Total Cache would this have an affect on it?

Well, it loads for me on the first try.

Looks fine to me too, on both desktop and smartphone. Maybe you’ve solved the problem then?
