Page accessible only from QR Codes

Hi there, I am designing some small mobile sites for some clients where their customers can go to fill out a feedback form after which they are emailed a coupon. The client wants those pages to only be accessible from QR Codes (in their location). This is so that in order to fill out the feedback form and get a coupon you actually have to have been inside the establishment.

What is the best way of accomplishing this?

Thanks in advance.

Right…not possible…You would need a special application to do all the survey…but that would just put people off not to use it.

The thing you have to realize is that (most) users aren’t excited enough about giving feedback that they are willing to have to find and scan a QR code. Although the email coupon might excite them a little more if they are actually interested in the product in which case the feedback might be skewed to one side.

The second thing to keep in mind is that not everyone has a phone that can read QR codes, so there goes their feedback.

I would say that in this case where the user must go inside the establishment, it might be worth it to have physical codes to be given away when a customer exits the building, which they can then enter on a certain website to redeem the email coupon.
