Our business was notified a month before the names would expire. Fortunately, we took action a few days before expiration and transferred the names out to a different registrar to save big on costs. But, FYI, we were notified at least.
They took our small business domain and are certainly not giving it back. I’m going to be talking to our lawyer to file a lawsuit, this is just ridiculous.
