Need to set up database to send bulk mails? Any ideas

Hi,

Looking for advise how I can set up a bulk emailing facility? I have a ever growing database , which I wish to keep of my web site server for spam reasons, but need some facility where I can re send all the emails in my database new promotions each week. Not a huge database 25,000 mails .

Any ideas or advise?
