Redoing my workstation and need some advice before i get started. Ive been doing alot of research and not coming up with much. Seems like theirs to much advertising in reviews. Ergonomics is what im looking for. I feel carpel tunnel starting. So lets get to it, here is what i need to know.
1.Chair - pretty sure the more expensive ones are better
2. Seating position - ive heard that keeping your arms straight and having the desk really high?
3. Monitor - i know brightness should be low to keep from strain but what about distance. whats healthy for the eyes as i already where glasses?
4.Hardware - what type of mouse/keyboard should i use. i feel like the apple slim keyboards are making my hands hurt.
Anything else or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also if anyone has a work space their proud of pictures would be great.
1st thing you do. check the place if it is good.
Chair - Make sure that your comfortable when you sit.
Monitor - You need to have a transparent cover to protect your eyes.
Hardware - First thing you do is go to a shop when you can choose a comfortable mouse, keyboard etc.
Not sure what you mean. This is more for my home.
