Hi everyone! I was recently promoted to the manager of our affiliate program. We’re a workplace safety training DVD and online safety training provider. Our affiliates do really well, we’ve paid out over 150,000 in commission to our affiliates. I’m in charge of recruiting affiliates, and I’ve been going after safety professionals who have a website but aren’t necessarily literate with affiliate marketing. I’m trying to go after people who do affiliate marketing for a living, as their website likely have more traffic than a personal site of a 50+ year old safety trainer. Where can I find these affiliates? How should I approach them about joining our program? Advice? This is my first time being acquainted with affiliate marketing. I had a good handle on the concept and the benefits, but it’s hard to know where to look. Any advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated!!
You could try getting listed in a few affiliate directories, or partner with one of the better known affiliate such as http://www.cj.com/
