My sister has completed her BSC and now she wants to do MBA…so is it good track for her??
It depends what she wants to do afterwards!
I have an MBA, and can tell you that it’s definitely better to get some work experience after your undergraduate degree before attempting an MBA. Work experience makes the MBA more meaningful as you are able to understand the academic material better by using your work as a reference point. The material and concepts in an MBA can be quite difficult to grasp if you have not really worked or had management experience for any period of time.
i will not support you to do MBA after MSc. because it is totally unrelated field and you could not get enough knowledge during MBA as u could not understand many of the concept related to commerce, accounting, finance.
Yes, without a doubt, if she loves the business side of her field. I am of the mindset that an MBA can be applied to any industry, but she has to have a plan to use it… it’s best if she’s would prefer the path of entrepreneur or executive in her selected industry. Cheers. 
It depends on what the BSc was in.
If she has a BSc in Business, Management or a related field then it could be a good idea to attain further knowledge in that field. If she graduated with a BSc in Computer Science or an IT field then by taking a MBA you’re acquiring knowledge of management for management roles such as Project Management, Systems Analysis and possibly IT Consultancy roles. An MBA will not help with becoming a Web Designer or Developer, and if anything by training to become management you alienate yourself from development work. If I were to hire someone with an MBA, how do I know they won’t run off if a management role opens up elsewhere?
While often times the two degrees can complement each other nicely she still needs to look at her intended career path and decide if it’s the right move. For instance an MBA will not do much for someone wanting to research or teach computers at the college level, but may complement a computer science degree nicely for someone interested in forming their own company or moving into management at another firm.
Yes it is, as BCA is a graduation only, you can do your post graduation in any filed.

why her choice isn’t Msc. her field is science and she want to move in commerce field. it’s not really good choice.
It’s not a bad choice if you’re looking to be in the business of science. For every programmer, engineer or researcher there are many complemtary operations, marketing and sales people. While it’s certainly not a requirement to get an MBA, those looking to transition immediately or down the road to a management role often find that an MBA helps demonstrate their understanding of the business side of things.
Personally I’m not a fan of an MBA direct from undergraduate or schooling as I think they can only really add value if you’ve worked for a number of years and are stepping up specific skills and presentation abilities but that’s another side of the topic.
Thus the question gets back to what many others have asekd – what does she want to do? And why would she want an MBA now?
MBA these days have become a degree which works as water, it will mix up and give the same effect whatever background you are coming from. It doesn’t matter if you are from bsc or maths or medical science , they just act as a carrier transitional tool for your career.

I would suggest getting some hands-on work experience before you think about an MBA. This way you’ll have an idea of what you like working on and what you would like to pursue as a long-term career option.
MBA will be good. But as kish told I agree with him. It is better to have some work experience before you do MBA.
