Is it necessary to ping or submit URL after comment

I hear from some SEO professionals that whenever you you comment on blog,website or forum then copy that URL and ping it or submit it to google,It is necessary if yes then what is the best method ping or submit to google.I really need help,a helpful answer will be appreciated

The links you submit to forums or blogs 99% of the time are marked as nofollow, which means google does not care AT ALL about those links. So I recommend you don’t bother wasting your time since nothing will happen of it.

I think you are misunderstanding pinging.

You send pings for your blog not for comments you have posted on other sites.

They may very well be sending a ping after you leave a comment but it is not something you do.

I see many of SEO worker who submit the comments who leave on other sites,after that Submit URL to google,is it time wasting or bear some fruit.

IMHO it’s SEO snake oil.

Unless someone, anyone, can provide a Google resource that states the same, it is most likely unsubstantiated parrot-speak
