The best way to get more visitors is to improve the quality of your content. You might want 1000 visitors a day, but are you giving those 1000 people a good reason to visit your site?
What can happen is that you can be charged with copyright theft, you can have your web hosting account suspended and all in all, you can find yourself in a whole lot of trouble. If you want to create a worthwhile website, you have to offer people new content that they can’t get anywhere else, rather than just stealing other people’s work.
If you start to add quality content and quality backlinks you will over time see the amount of visitors rise but it always has to be quality over quantity.

I think you need to do make better content for your website and make good page rank in google or other search engine which make easy to find your website to visitors.

Is there a specific reason that 1,000 visitors a day is the magic number? What keywords are you targeting? Did your research tools show you that you would get those kind of numbers?
