How to remove "Not Secure" in Chrome

I am a very small webdesign freelancer. Since January Google Chrome 56 will display
“Not secure” in the Security icon for websites running with HTTP connections (see here). If I understand it well it is done to make them moving towards a HTTPS connection. Currently I have got about 60 different websites running on different IIS servers therefore I am searching an easy (and cheap) way to cover this need.

Any suggestion ?

Updated the original post to state I am using IIS as a web server

Use LetsEncrypt. It is free, and has the ability to keep itself up-to-date for Apache, Nginx, and a few other services

99% of my websites are running IIS. I’ll have a look into it anyway.

NameCheap offers SSL certificates for about $10 per year.
