How to monetize my video-base interview site for it leaders?

Hey All, Came here looking to sell my site but after reading some of the threads its clear that I cant sell a site that has low traffic and zero revenue. So the next question is how can I monetize my site?

The site is called It Leaders Today (http://itleaderstoday.com), launched 6 months ago. My intention was to make it a mixergy like video site where I interview IT leaders. The videos would then be a useful resource for IT types interested in learning about leadership. But since launch, I find myself not really interested in interviewing folks.

I think the site has real potential but not sure how else I can develop content (since I dont want to interview folks), and monetize it. I would appreciate your ideas and suggestions. TIA.

its tough to monetize a site like that without compelling content. If you have compelling content, than you can push affiliate products of related subject matter. Its tough to do this day and age.

Every site has “potential” but seeing as even you yourself aren’t interested in the topic I would just drop it and move on to something you are interested in.
