Actually yeah there is. If you post a comment on a site then you will want to bookmark that page once your comment is accepted. That way you get your backlinks indexed quickly.

I’m not 100% sure if your question is how to get your site indexed faster or how to get your inlinks recognized faster, but the answer is the same for both. Get you links from a high pr site pr5 or higher and it is just a couple days.

Get back link from high PR site for this URL and post it in to google add url, Dmoz and digg am sure your site will be indexed soon compare to other ideas.
Thanks for the replay but I have read somewhere that by using RSS Aggregators you can help your website backlinks indexed faster and if so is that legal.
For me indexing wasn’t a problem at all, but getting higher ranking was.
