The page rank for my home page is PR1. What i need to do for getting higher page rankings in google.

Hi in my opinion you use social bookmarking, directory submission, Article submission, Forum Posting, Blog Commenting, and also blogging but only for submission relevant category use and submission sites mostly do-follow so lot’s of help to increase you website page rank.

Try to get more traffic and quality back links to your website,in order to get traffic and back links follow these points

Blog commenting
Classified submission
Guest posting
Article submission
press release submission.
