To get more back inks for your blog just share that link in Social Bookmarking, Social Networking, Forum, Article submission sites. By doing do you will gain more back links & traffic too.
It highly depends on the niche of your site, but usually those listed before my post.
Also don’t forget about A>B,C>D link exchange
I would like to say use only high quality sites for promotion regardless what ever method you use. You will surely get good response with in few months. 
Social bookmark your site. and maybe try blog commenting to sites relating to your niche
