How to find the pages which are not indexed by the Google? Is there a way or any tool for this?

The only person who will know which pages are not indexed is you (assuming you own/administer the site).

The only way I can think of doing this is to use http://www.google.com/search?q=site:www.yourdomain.com, changing the .com for each TLD as necessary, and that will list all the pages that have been indexed.

Then you can compare and see which pages are not listed there.

Wouldn’t be using a sitemap.xml file and submitting it to google/using google webmaster tools also a good starting point for this analysis?

I have thousands of pages in my website so, it’s not possible to find out the unindexed pages.
I came to know there is a software called “SEcover” but, I can’t found it’s demo version. Can anyone provide me the trial version of this software?
