I just want to know how to depromote a forum because my competitor has posted so many bad reviews against me in a forum. I just want to depromote that. Can any body please share your idea here.

It’s not clear what you mean by “depromote”.
[font=verdana]There is no way that you can penalise another site – whether it’s a competitor’s site or a review site giving bad reviews – do you think there would be any websites left if it was?!
If the reviews are factually incorrect (ie libellous) then you could approach the forum owner and threaten legal action, but that’s a risky strategy and could backfire.[/font]
The thread made me think, if you posted loads of bad links over the web for another website then surely google would look at these in a bad way and effect that websites ranking. Interesting… I’m sure someone can answer this?

if i were you i would see if the reviews are something to pay attention to, if not I would ignore.
Ask Rick Santorum about the failure of the Google Bomb strategy. 
He is the shining example of the success of the thing, though he is just about the only one I can think of. Usually, the strategy just, er, bombed.
